Strong-paced and uplifting class with intermediate to advanced poses and limited alignment instruction. Modifications are provided, but students are generally expected to know most of the poses, and to have a regular yoga practice for at least 2 years. No matter how vigorous the main sequence, the practice completes with some good 20-25 minutes of grounding poses, pranayama, short meditation and Savasana.
