A transformative asana practice to unblock the energy and reduce tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back, will take you into a progressively calmer and clearer state of mind.

In that state you can begin to observe the impermanence of all phenomena that arise and subside in the field of consciousness, such as sensations, thoughts or emotions.

Eventually in this observation process, you start to see the separation between yourself – the observer – and that which you are observing, giving rise to an experience of profound psychological and meditative stillness..

Teacher No 5 - Maja Zilih: Maja Zilih (E-RYT 500) is a passionate explorer of yoga as a process of growth. She is most interested in ways that physical alignment, breath attention, mental observation and yoga philosophy can all be combined to help us navigate through life’s challenges more skillfully and more efficiently. She aims at raising an understanding that yoga is here to equip us with strength and strategies that we need in order to work on healing the relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the planet.

2nd Vienna Yoga Conference | MGC Event Center

On the ground floor are the entrance, the lobby and the hall with the sales and representation stands.

A large room ( Ganesha Hall ) for the Conference is on the first floor, as well as the dressing rooms. The second major ( Shiva hall ) and the smaller hall ( Shakti Hall ) is located on the second floor.

There is before the Event Center ample free parking  (entrance Modecenterstraße beside the car-washing places) and in all rooms there is free Wi-Fi .
