Mindful Flow & Restore Yoga | All Levels

This class consists of 60 minutes of vinyasa practice kai 30 minutes of restorative/meditation. Each student chooses how intense the vinyasa part is. This class combines the intensity of movement with the tranquility of non movement and meditation. We will take advantage of the quiet mind that the flow of movement creates to enter the meditative state. The class focuses on observing the mind and the body through this contrast and aims at building awareness.
