She has been a holistic therapist since 1999 and has been practicing this practice since 2000. She helps women heal reproductive, digestive and chronic inflammatory issues with Integrative Holistic Therapies including Amma Therapy (Chinese Medical Massage), Arvigo ® Maya Abdominal Therapy, Intuitive and Maya Spiritual Healing, and Nutritional Health and Wellness Coaching. She is a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Amma Therapist. She received her Bachelors degree in Amma Therapy from the NY College for Wholistic Health Education & Research on Long Island, NY and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Long Island University. She has been teaching The Arvigo ® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy Self Care classes in The US, Canada and throughout Europe since 2004.
