Strong-paced and uplifting class with intermediate to advanced poses. Modifications and alignment instructions are provided, but students are generally expected to know most of the poses, and to have a regular yoga practice for at least 2 years. Expect to take your practice to the next level not only by learning new poses, but by learning new elements and details of the poses you already know. Each session is inspired by the teachings from yoga philosophy which can help you navigate through the every-day difficulties with greater dexterity. You are given notes with main points of the class so that you can apply them in your home practice as well. No matter how vigorous the main sequence, the practice completes with some good 20-25 minutes of grounding, pranayama, short meditation and Savasana.
