Strong-paced and uplifting asana practice with different alignment focus each time, and culminating with intermediate to advanced postures, designed to take your physical practice to a new level. An extended pranayama and meditation time facilitates energetic openings, introspection, and brings about an overall sense of harmony and well-being.
6 months of regular yoga practice with an experienced teacher is recommended.
