An introspective yoga practice, designed to sharpen your awareness of the Chakras - energy centers that account for specific aspects of our physical, psychological and spiritual being.
Working with the chakras allows us to tackle specific issues such as the lack of inner power and motivation, difficulty to commit in a relationship, verbal expression blockages and many other.
In this unusual sequence of poses we will be alternating the movement with longer holds of certain postures, reciting the bija mantras, performing kryias and specific breath techniques. In this way we will be moving from the gross to more subtle levels of our existence. The practice with end with guided meditation.
