We engage in a shared asana practice to
- Become aware of the areas in our body where we store tension, as well as areas that are free.
- Provide support to each other so that each can observe their physical and mental tendencies, their boundaries and aspirations and the way their patterns display in relationships.
- Become more sensitive and more attuned to our needs and to the needs of another person.
With emphasis on safety and comfort, we will create a fertile ground for the growth and expansion of everyone involved. This class is suitable for all levels. No acrobatics involved.
