The situation in Lavrio refugee center is dramatic. 300 people, among them 80 children of all ages are living under the worst conditions, while workers of the center haven’t get paid for more than 10 months. There is an alarming need for food and hygiene items.

Athens Yoga is collecting donations until Saturday 2nd of November at 14.00 in form of:
condensed milk, oil, eggs, tomato juice, flour, rice, pasta, as well as hygiene items (diapers, baby-wipes, baby-soaps, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper), which we will take to Lavrio on Sunday.

In return for what you bring, Maja will hold a free-of-charge yoga class on Sunday November 3rd, at 18:00-19:30. For the class you need to sign up, whereas you can bring your donations at the studio, Louisis Riankour 65-67, next to Panormou Metro station, weekdays 10:00-14.30 & 16:30-21:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00.
