Hatha Yoga is the most widely spread type of yoga in the West. It is focused on physical health and mental wellbeing. It uses body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with an aim to bring about a healthy body and clear and peaceful mind. All levels include Asana (physical postures), Pranayama and relaxation at the end of the class.
