Iyengar Yoga concentrates on correct alignment, time spent in each asana to go deeper in order to reap the benefits and the use of props that support the body to ensure the practice is safe. Through the practice and understanding of Iyengar Yoga the student is lead to control of the body and in turn control of the mind. The practice of Iyengar Yoga leads to the eradication of pain, improvement of body posture and can be used therapeutically to improve issues students face.
