Awaken your full potential using the science of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga consists of active and passive asana-based kriyas, pranayama, mantras and meditations which work on the whole mind-body-energy system, including nervous system, glands, chakras, and other.

Kundalini yoga will strengthen your immunity, relax and restore your mind and body and improve your flexibility and endurance. By enabling you to gain access to the deep Kundalini power within you, it unleashes your creative potential and elevates your consciousness.

In these 3 classes you will use various techniques to access the inner power and generate lasting advancement. Additionally, you will be given a practice to perform at home for 40 days to increase willpower and discipline and gain all the benefits that come from regular daily practice. You will complete the seminar with healthier body and mind, and with much greater spiritual strength.

Katerina Karasmani is an experienced Hatha and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She studied Hatha Yoga for teachers at the 200-hour level at School of Yoga and Budo center for Hatha Yoga, Certified by the Yoga Alliance International. She completed additional 200 hours of the International Teacher Training of Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Research Institute.
