Gong Bath – The Healing Sound ''Tuning your body''
The Sound Healing with the planetary Sun Gong, an experiential journey of universal Harmony, completeness and coordination, that leads the participant at a state of consciousness of high therapeutic value. Planetary Gongs are tuned in a particular fundamental frequency of planets, based on the mathematical formulas of Hans Cousto, corresponding to the orbit of planets and other celestial bodies. The Sound and the frequencies of the Gong, grow in a spiral motion and are linked to the ‘Music of the Spheres’ of Pythagoras.
A Gong Bath is an expression of The Sacred Sound. A weaved construct of sound frequencies, harmonies and techniques. It is a powerful vibrational journey which positively affects emotional balance, cellular healing and spiritual awareness.Within every Gong Bath each participant is bathed with rhythms, tonalities and multi-tonal octaves that are naturally revitalizing, stress reducing and induce profound natural healing physically, mentally and spiritually.
The Healing Power of Sound lies on the fact that it helps us feel again the mutability of the world in which we live. It teaches us how to move gradually through the successive layers of motion that exist within music, but also within us, in even deeper levels, until we reach the point of immobility existing at the Centre of Sound and the center of ourselves. Once we reach the serenity of perfect balance, around which the patterns of vibration evolve, we will be able to experience the peace of the Divine Unity, by realizing it within us and within others.
The session starts and finish with the subtle sound of 7 Tibetan Bowls, each corresponding to one of the 7 chakras.

Laoura Gini
Laoura Gini is a pianist, composer, recording artist and Sound Healing Instructor.
She holds master degree in classical piano performance and composition from National Conservatory of Athens. Her post – degrees studies include Music Therapy, Music Centered Psychotherapy, Kriya Yoga philosophy and Pranic Healing techniques. During her career she has given concerts for solo piano and collaborated with Greek and foreign artists in chamber music, but as a restless spirit open to new musical experiences, she also collaborated with artists from different musical backgrounds of the area of Jazz, and Ethnic music.
In a more inner search of sound and her interest in this, has taken her to India several times, when she dealt with Nada Yoga ,(Yoga of Music) an ancient system of Indian healing music, called ”Dhrupad”. In Benares of India she studied sitar in ”Dhrupad style” an ancient system of India classical music and later on in N. Mexico through Richard Rudis she came in contact with the therapeutic properties of Sacred Sound instruments , the Planetary Gongs and the Tibetan singing Bowls an ancient system based on the theory of Pythagoras for the Harmony of the Spheres and the Healing Power of Sound.
In the last few years, Laoura is dedicated to organize Gong group sessions with planetary Gongs and Tibetan singing bowls in Santorini island and all over Greece. She has composed two Soundtracks, the original soundtrack for award- winning documentary “Pelican’s Watch” and the original soundtrack for the movie ”The first Line -Promakhos”.
