"Over time I discovered through my yoga practice a deeper dimension of my body, mind and breathing.
Exploring new ways of moving and expressing the body, practicing breathing and meditation techniques, we immerse ourselves in an empirical study of travel and examination of all the elements that make up our whole body. By safeguarding our ability to respond to needs and redefine behaviors and habits, we open up our full spiritual potential. What fascinates in yoga practice is the constant awakening and cultivation of knowledge and the way in which it can transform not only the practice itself, but also all of our moments and experiences. Thus, we understand unity and deep love, and we know our true selves. Teaching is for me an inexhaustible source of expression, creativity and simultaneous learning. Drawing on the impression of the elements of nature, the evolution of the human body, the philosophy of yoga and the uniqueness of each student-practitioner. "
