These four accessible and gentle sessions will focus on pain relief, restful sleep, self-awareness and balanced, coordinated locomotion.

In slow movement with receptive, open attention, we can easily sense the direct link between our muscles, fascia and the tone of our nervous system.

Because we are spherical entities, membranes within membranes, spaces containing spaces, round and continuous, to approach either of our body-systems with an intention of self-care, will tend to release inhibitions and improve the health of our whole being.
