Yogis For Women's Rights in support of Medica Mondiale feminist women’s rights and relief organization based in Cologne. For over 20 years it works to provide protection and improve access to trauma-sensitive counselling of women who have experienced sexualized violence in regions struck by war and crisis.

On this 2-hour yoga journey, we will use movement, breath and touch to explore various neglected places in our body that are calling for our attention and inviting an inner dialogue.

May our practice of cultivating inner connections wake us up to our global interconnectedness, and fuel our passion for rights and equality.

Level: No prior experience in yoga is required.
