Deeply replenishing Sensit somatic practice that consists of prolonged exhales and sounds, timed with slow spiralling movements on the ground.
In the beginning of the practice we are assessing where we are, sequencing excess tension into the ground, finding skeletal coherence and clarity, and liberating the spine and thoracic diaphragm.
Riding on the waves of sensations, the cognitive noise slowly fades into the background, and the mind of the body takes over. The deep-seated intelligence of cells, fluids and organs and organism as a whole - seeks self-expression and guides us into and through the process of healing and growth.
