This course will open up new avenues of comfort and freedom in the body.
We will move in a moderate pace, while experiencing the body as a bio-tensegrity system.
We will map and trace supportive skeletal connections, to improve our proprioception, and facilitate coordination and balance.
We will rejuvenate our fascia, and practice interoception for regulating our nervous system.
