The essence of Sensit Yoga is presence and self-care, on a journey of embodied self-exploration.

As we explore our inner spaces, we get a felt sense of our internal body-systems and their innerconnectivity. We discover a synergistic intelligence within us - a predisposition to wholeness - that we learn to trust to guide our movement, breath, as well as engagement with the world. The integration of the body and mind gives us the ground for releasing old habits and creating new, more choice-based, conscious patterns of living.

In the beautiful and spacious Luna room of Perform Studio (or alternatively online on Thursdays), this 3 part course will help you regulate your nervous system, and discover new avenues of support and freedom in the body.

By employing interoception in movement, we will
- map supportive skeletal connections that contribute to balanced and coordinated locomotion (session 1)
- lubricate and revitilize all of our fascial webs (session 2)
- explore the nervous system and release the tension from the organ body (session 3)

Practice includes developmental, functional and intuitive motion as well as yoga-asana, without requiring previous experience in any one of those. Appropriate to beginner students.

Price: 60 Euros for the whole course, or 23 Euros per session

The Online version of this course will take place on 3 Thursdays - 7, 14 and 28th April, 19:00-20:30 CET

Testimonials:

The subtle exercises, awakening structures of the body that often can't be easily accessed, as well as your words of reassurance seem to transform the trauma that is held in my cells. Through your guidance, I discover sensations that differ from my life experience of numbness and pain, suddenly there is lightness or even joy to be found there! I am deeply grateful for having "found" you and your work. – Lea S., 2020

Deep relaxation and rehabilitation - M. Konstantoulaki, 2018

I experienced a greater connection with myself, listening to what the body has to say. Greater awareness, interoception and empathy are cultivated through micro-movements and observation. - E. Korpou, 2019

Deep, conscious, and very liberating. This practice awakens the senses, unblocks the energy and gives the feeling of freedom and authenticity. The most gentle and at the same time enjoyable way to gain knowledge of the self and empathy toward others - E. Skopa, 2020
