New series of advanced Sensit immersions for teachers starts next February. It is designed for you to deepen your embodiment experience and become more adept in facilitating somatic journeys for your students.

Each session contains 2 hours of practice and 30 minutes of Sensit Yoga Somatics teaching methodology.

The journey will include

- the exploration of connective tissues of bones and fascia,

- harmonizing the endocrine system,

- emotional regulation and expression through the somatic practices

- cellular consciousness

Price:180 Euros before January 25th, 220 Euros after.

You can attend live or via the recording, with unlimited access.

Hours lead to Sensit Yoga 300hr Advances Studies. In case of non-live attendance (via recording), if you wish the hours to count as studies, you will need to provide written answers to 10 questions for each session.
