Daily schedule *:

7:30-9:30 Morning yoga practice
10:00-11:30 Breakfast/brunch
free time
19:00-20:00 Restorative yoga, pranayama, meditation
20:30-22:00 Dinner

* Free days (no practice): July 18th and 25th
On July 15th, 21st and 28th there will be only 1 - evening practice

Days will begin with morning meditation and an uplifting yoga practice that will increase energy level and bring about joy and clarity, laying the foundation for a wonderful day to unfold.

In the afternoon, the practice will be more calming, grounding and centering, ending with much pranayama, therapeutics and nurturing relaxation time.
There will be plenty of free time to visit different places of the beautiful Southern Crete or to relax on the gorgeous beaches of St. Pavlos.

Yoga levels 

All yoga will be suitable for everyone, thanks to the teachers' years of experience with mixed level classes, their broad knowledge of the students' needs, and skilful adaptation of all poses so that they benefit each student.
