Awakening the Breath | Sensit Yoga Online workshop with Maja Zilih

In this workshop we use are learning to release the long-held tension patterns in the jaws, throat, lung lobes, diaphragms, thoracic and abdominal cavities, targeting specific connective tissue that is involved in breathing.

We use breath-awareness, anatomy pictures and videos, conscious self-touch, sound vibration, gentle movement and a couple of restorative yoga postures.

When the physical structures involved with breathing become aware to their biotensegrity nature, the movement of the breath is easy, rhythmic and adaptable to the circumstances.

Breathing becomes a voluminous and pleasant experience, that invites the mind to spontaneously settle down and ride on it’s graceful wave.
