This yoga workshop aims at balancing the two main systems that regulate all of our body’s functions and activities, influence our perceptions, shape our moods and direct our decision making.
Stimulating our glands and listening to the workings of our nervous system makes our practice gain depth, helping us to understand and experience important body-mind connections. Observing our inner flows and transitions from moment to moment helps us recognise our impulses and triggers, and enables us to better regulate our reactions. Reflecting on who, and how we are in any given situation, more choices become available to us in responding to the stimulations of our environment.
